I bring passion to every project.

I always work to collaborate with the client’s vision to create documentaries that feel like feature films—no matter what the subject matter.

My work includes:

Series Producing/Directing and Editing WETA’s “If You Lived Here”, a local home show that showcases the neighborhood history and people who make a place home.

Editing NatGeo’s Emmy Award winning “Going Viral: Beyond the Hot Zone”, highlighting the history of the Ebola crisis from its beginnings thru April 2019.

Producing and Editing “Care to Laugh”, an award winning feature documentary chronicling a year in the life of a young up-and-coming comedian who has to care for his aging parents as he tries to make it as a stand up.

Editing critically acclaimed television specials such as “Monster Squid: The Giant is Real” and “Alien Sharks” for Discovery Channel and the "Last Alaskans" for Animal Planet, NOVA’s:Human Evolution” series and MSNBC Films 2-hour movie events—”Charles Manson and His Followers”, “I Married the Beltway Sniper”, and “Hunting a Serial Bomber”.

And of course: vet shows, natural history shows, crime shows and house shows galore.

I attribute my distinctive narrative style

to my background as a musician, my deep love of reading and a general curiosity about the world. Those attributes, married to my editors’ heart and soul allow me to be an effective leader, a decisive director and a clear communicator. I strive to bring beauty, humor and emotion to every project and always…

find the most compelling story.
